Just a quick note to help you prepare for the upcoming HMSW. If you haven’t visited the site recently, you should take a look at the schedule, the presentation abstracts, the Tips for Using BBB, and the BBB tutorial videos.
If you have never used BBB and would like to practice before the workshop, there will be a practice session starting at 9:00 on Tuesday (9/1). The BBB room that you want to enter is Room A/C.
Presenters who will be presenting on-site and have a technical question should contact Don Hinkelman (hinkel@sgu.ac.jp). Also, presenters should check the times for their presentations and abstracts. If you have any changes or other problems contact Don Hinkelman (hinkel@sgu.ac.jp). If presenters have any BBB questions, contact Martin Meadows (meadows@nayoro.ac.jp).
