How to get free parking for events at the Shiroishi Kumin Center.

1. go to the side street and look for the parking entrance. It is a parallel structure called, "Shiroishi Garden Place".
2. take a ticket and drive up to 2nd or 3rd floor where there are spaces
3. walk down to the ground floor and then over to the Shiroishi Ward Building. Go up to the 5th floor, Shiroishi Kumin Center.
4. Look for Room A/C and Room B, join the workshop. You have 5 hours free.
   
5. Validate your ticket at the machine (Don will show you how).
6. For longer than five hours, go out with your car and return to get a new ticket.
   

白石区民センターのイベントの駐車場を無料で利用する方法

1.     脇道に出て駐車場の入り口を探します。「白石ガーデンプレイス」という平行構造になっています。
2.     チケットを持って、空きのある2階か3階まで車で上がります。
3.     1階に降りて白石区民センターへ。白石区民センターの5階に上がります。
4.     A/C室とB室を探して、ワークショップに参加してください。5時間の空き時間があります。
5.     機械でチケットを確認してください。
6.     5時間を超える場合は、車で出かけて、新しいチケットをもらいに戻ります。
